GRANOLA - A healthy breakfast cereal which helps reduce cholesterol levels.

Mark 4:31 - It is like a grain of mustard seed, which, when it is sown in the earth, is less than all the seeds that be in the earth:

Ingredients

7 Cups rolled oats (gluten free)

1 Cup quick oats (gluten free)

1 Cup unsweetened dried coconut

1 Cup Sliced or chopped raw almonds

1 teaspoon pink Himalayan se salt

1 Cup raisins

3/4 Cup raw sunflower seeds

1/2 Cup honey or maple syrup

Directions

Blend sunflower seeds, honey or maple syrup and 1 cup of water together until creamy

Pour the liquid over the dry ingredients.

Mix well with spatula or hands.

Spread evenly onto a baking sheet and bake at 170 degrees celcius for 3 hours turning it every 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and allow to cool and Enjoy!
